Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026

Eminent Giving Initiative respects your privacy. This policy explains what information our website handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you contact us, register interest, or use another website form, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, and message. Our security systems also process limited technical information needed to protect forms and administer the website.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and requests;
  • operate, secure, and improve the website;
  • understand website and form performance;
  • maintain appropriate operational and compliance records; and
  • send administrative messages that you request or expect.

We do not sell personal information, and this website does not use Meta Pixel or personalized advertising tracking.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and completed website inquiries. Google Analytics may use identifiers such as the _ga cookie. Advertising storage, Google signals, and advertising personalization are disabled in our website configuration.

We also use first-party website statistics that create a pseudonymous session identifier, avoid storing raw IP addresses, and do not include form contents. You can turn website analytics off at any time through Privacy choices in the website footer or through your browser settings.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate this website, including Vercel for hosting and security, Supabase for website data and administration, Resend for transactional email, Bunny.net for video delivery, and Google Analytics for website measurement. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including operational, safety, recordkeeping, and legal needs. We use administrative, technical, and access controls designed to protect website information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our public website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child provided personal information through this website.

Your choices

You may disable website analytics through the footer privacy control. You may also ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legitimate recordkeeping and legal requirements. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. We will post the current version here and revise the effective date when a material update is made.
